Since October 2023, The Dog Guy has been under entirely new and professional management. Clarke has had no involvement with the business since then. It’s important for you to know that we purchased the intellectual property of The Dog Guy – not the limited company – and before taking over, we were unaware of Clarke’s previous actions and the outbreak that would soon follow. We want to make it absolutely clear that we have no affiliation with him or his behaviour.
We understand that trust can take time to rebuild, and we are devastated that the past is casting a shadow over the company’s future. However, we are committed to moving forward with full transparency, as well as maintaining our genuine love for dogs and their owners. Our new management is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and professionalism, making sure The Dog Guy continues to be a trusted name for all our clients.
We will not be discouraged or defeated by this news. Instead, we stand strong in our mission to continue providing exceptional service, training, and utmost support to our clients and their dogs.
